Grown right here in Denton and harvested to order, these delicate shoots deliver the fresh, clean cabbage flavor of the classic Golden Acre variety in a fraction of the time, with a tender bite that never turns tough.  They have a peppery light bite at the end.

Packed with vitamins C and K and antioxidants, they're an easy way to add nutrition and a pop of fresh green to salads, sandwiches, tacos, grain bowls, and slaws. Toss them on at the end of cooking to keep their crunch and color.
